Researching other similar properties in the same area that has recently sold and looking at the demand for the property in the area plays an important role in determining the fair market value. As a buyer, will I be shown homes listed from other real estate companies?Yes, I will research the market and provide information from all the available properties listed from other real estate companies. Walden & Kirkland Realtor, Inc. will co-broke with another real estate company. I am committed to my clients in helping them find their special home.
Do you as a realtor follow-up with the buyer? Communicating and following-up is considered my number one commitment to you. I will research the market daily and keep you informed. Also I will email you or give you in person information with pictures of homes that meet your needs and desires.
Do you keep the seller informed on the status of selling a home? Yes, keeping you informed and maintaining good communication with my clients are so important to me. I will regularly update you on the status of selling your home.
